Sarah Starr, RYT hosts Breathing Peace and Power of Now
workshops, teaching at centers, businesses, schools, hospitals
and studios since 2001. "How we breathe reflects who we are
and the manner in which we express ourselves-physically,
emotionally, and spiritually." In this workshop we will explore the
breath and how it can be used to enhance the drumming
practice. As we focus on our breath, we will...
★ access the power of this moment
★ create proper posture to breath deeper and slower
★ anchor our minds in the body through the breath, accessing the part of us that is clear, calm and focused.
