Qigong: The Ancient Art of Beautiful Movement
with Kathy Mc Cabe
The ancient healing art of Qigong (Chee Gung) has provided benefit for centuries by calming the mind, elevating the spirit, and increasing energy level. The gentle free flowing movements of Qigong encourages chi (energy) flow throughout the meridian system, thus providing benefits much the same as acupuncture treatments. I have practiced for 17 years because it feels so wonderful to move the body in gentle meditative ways. I really believe its the enjoyment of the practice that keeps me involved and the healing? A great side effect.
